Toscana Olive Oil
Authentic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Heart of Tuscany
Our Heritage
A Legacy of Excellence Since 1947

Nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany, our family has been cultivating olive groves for over 75 years. What began as a small farm in the village of Montepulciano has grown into a celebrated producer of premium extra virgin olive oil, yet we remain true to our artisanal roots.
Our founder, Giuseppe Rossi, planted the first olive trees on our estate in 1947, following traditional Tuscan methods passed down through generations. Today, his great-grandchildren continue this legacy, combining time-honored techniques with modern sustainable practices.
Every bottle of Toscana Olive Oil tells a story of dedication, passion, and respect for the land that has nurtured our family for generations.

From Grove to Bottle
Our Commitment to Quality

Hand Harvesting
We harvest our olives by hand in October and November, ensuring only the finest fruit is selected. This labor-intensive process preserves the integrity of each olive and results in superior oil quality.

Cold Pressing
Within 4 hours of harvest, olives are cold-pressed at our estate mill using traditional stone mills. This rapid processing at controlled temperatures preserves the delicate flavors and beneficial polyphenols.

Sustainable Practices
Our groves are certified organic, and we employ regenerative farming techniques. We use natural pest control, maintain biodiversity, and recycle all byproducts to nourish the soil for future generations.
